I used to wear ruffles on my dresses as a little girl. Mom thought it was cute. When I grew up, I couldn't ruin my rep wearing ruffles unless I was carrying a bag of Ruffles with lunch. LOL. At first glance the dresses are a bit much. But it depends on who is rockin' it--because it can look fierce!
